The Beckhoff EL6695 is an EtherCAT bridge terminal designed to enable real-time data exchange between separate EtherCAT strands under different masters. It supports dual 100 Mbit/s RJ45 ports on the secondary side and provides functions such as distributed clock synchronization, asynchronous protocols (AoE, FoE, EoE), and flexible CoE device emulation. The module is powered from the primary side via the E-bus, with a secondary 24 V supply for the Ethernet ports.
