Returns and Exchanges Policy

At PLCpartssolution, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Below is our clear and straightforward policy for returns and exchanges, designed to ensure transparency and protect both parties.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the case of product defects and under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Proof of purchase is required.
The return must be pre-approved. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at sales@plcpartssolution.com with the following:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us immediately at sales@plcpartssolution.com
You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
Wrong items must be returned unopened in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for return

We cannot accept returns of opened packages even if the item received is incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to:

Submit a return request (if the item is eligible)
Place a new order separately

5. Refunds for Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
