Warranty Coverage

We offer a comprehensive warranty for all products purchased through our store:

New Equipment: 12-month warranty from the date of delivery
Used/Refurbished Equipment: 6-month warranty from the date of delivery

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your equipment will function as intended under normal, recommended usage.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from the following conditions:

Improper Installation: Failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.
Abuse or Misuse: Including neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Transport Damage: Scratches, dents, or impact damage during shipment or handling.
Power Supply Issues: Failures caused by unstable, incorrect, or inconsistent power input.
Moisture or Harmful Exposure: Including liquid ingress or exposure to corrosive environments.
Unauthorized Repairs: Including tampering, removal, or replacement of internal components or boards.
Electrical Interference: Malfunctions caused by EMI/RFI or other signal disruptions.
Inadequate Grounding: Failures due to incorrect or insufficient system grounding.
Poor Ventilation or Overheating: Failures caused by insufficient cooling or heat exposure.
Mechanical Vibrations: Damage caused by excess vibration during operation.
Machine-Related Issues: Failures caused by the host machine connected to the equipment.
Improper Electrical Operation: Use beyond rated voltage, current, or speed parameters.
Inappropriate Storage: Storing equipment in conditions unsuitable for electronics.
