Beckhoff EK1110 – Overview

The Beckhoff EK1110 is an EtherCAT extension coupler designed to extend an EtherCAT network in line topology. It converts E-bus signals into 100BASE-TX Ethernet, allowing communication over distances up to 100 meters between EtherCAT segments.

Powered directly from the E-bus, the EK1110 requires no external power supply or configuration, making it a plug-and-play solution for expanding EtherCAT systems.
