Beckhoff BK1250 – Overview

The Beckhoff BK1250 is a compact EtherCAT bus coupler designed to integrate traditional K-Bus terminals into an EtherCAT network. It allows seamless communication between EtherCAT and standard Bus Terminals, enabling mixed use of both types in one I/O station.

This coupler supports up to 64 Bus Terminals, or up to 255 when used with a K-Bus extension, offering high flexibility for distributed I/O systems. Its compact DIN-rail design, 24 V DC supply, and reliable isolation make it ideal for modular automation environments.
